At Clipse, we do our best to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are prepared and shipped based on stock availability.

Processing time is generally 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

During periods of high demand, this timeframe may occasionally be extended.

2. Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 15 to 20 business days depending on the destination and carrier used.

Delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on:

• logistical conditions;
• potential customs procedures;
• or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it is sent to the customer by email so they can track their package.

4. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

In the event of an error in the address provided, Clipse cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages.
